2011 UOP Water Ramps Registration

PC Free High Season

PC Free Low Season

Full Time Team $2000
Personalized schedule for elite & competitive athletes only! Athletes are open to all sessions per day with access to PC Freestyle’s Team Gym and personal weight training with professional trainer.

5 days a week $1500
This allows a personalized schedule for the committed athlete who wants to train up to 5 days a week. Morning or afternoon sessions are available to these athletes.

3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday Only) $1000
This is for the athlete that wants to take their skills to the next level. With more time and commitment the athlete will gain the ability to beat their competition.
Afternoon sessions only.

1 day a week (Saturday only) $600
If you want to try out, get better, gain air awareness or just have a little fun. This is the group for you. Once we have you hooked you can up grade to more days.
Afternoon session only.

Punch Pass- **must call in advance to drop in**
Afternoon Sessions Only
1 session - $50
3 sessions - $150
5 sessions - $250
10 sessions - $450
20 sessions - $850
Add $10 per day if athlete needs to rent equipment

Out of Towner Athletes- **Rental Equipment included**
10 day camp- (four days on, one day off, four days on w/ two sessions per day at the UOP and weight training on day off at PC FREE Team Gym) $700

7 day camp- (three days on, one day off, three days on w/ two sessions per day at the UOP and weight training on day off at PC FREE Team Gym) $500

5 day camp- (five straight days of training w/ two sessions per day) $350

3 day camp- (three straight days of training w/ two sessions per day) $210

Low Season: May 28th – June 12th

Session 1- 11:30am-2:00pm
11:30 Warm UP, 12:00-1:00 Water Ramps, 1:00-2:00 Trampolines

Session 2- 3:00pm-5:30pm
3:00 Warm UP, 3:30-4:30 Water Ramps, 4:30-5:30 Trampolines,

Saturday

Sessions 1- 10:30am-1:30pm
10:30am Warm UP, 11:00pm-12:30pm Water Ramps, 12:30pm-1:30pm Trampoline

Session 2- 2:00pm-4:30pm
2:00 Warm UP, 2:30-3:30 Water Ramps, 3:30-4:30 Trampolines

Sunday

Sessions 1- 10:30am-1:30pm
10:30am Warm UP, 11:00pm-12:30pm Water Ramps, 12:30pm-1:30pm Trampoline

Session 2- 2:00pm-5:00pm
2:00 Warm UP, 2:30-4:00 Water Ramps, 4:00-5:00 Trampolines

High Season: June 13th – September 11th

Session 1- 11am-1:30pm
11:00 Warm UP, 11:30-12:30 Water Ramps, 12:30-1:30 Trampolines

Session 2- 3:30pm-6:00pm
3:30 Warm UP, 4:00-5:00 Trampolines, 5:00-6:00 Water Ramps

Saturday

Sessions 1- 10:30am-2:00pm
